About Swim For Life
This program offers the unique opportunity to learn essential swimming and lifesaving skills at a young age.
The focus is on swimming! Skills are developed through extensive in-water learning.
Swimmers first develop the skills to rescue themselves, then work through the Ladder Approach to learn techniques for the rescue of others.
Water Smart messaging helps swimmers make smart decisions when in, on, or around the water and ice.
Swim For Life provides a seamless transition to the Canadian Swim Patrol and the advanced lifesaving courses, Bronze Star, Medallion, and Cross.
Private swim lessons
These one on one classes can help you or your child focus on a skill or stroke or to improve your swimming ability. We can accommodate a time that works for you. Contact our Head Lifeguard to book your lesson.
