Dog Licences

You are required to purchase a dog licence if you own a dog in the City of Kenora.

Complete the online application to purchase a City of Kenora dog tag. Or buy in-person at City Hall.

You must renew the annual dog licence by March 31 of every calendar year.

Fees

$50.00 for intact male or unspayed female 

$20.00 for spayed or neutered dog

Reduce the fee by $5.00 with proof of microchip or tattoo.

Requirements for reduced rate

You must provide a copy of the spay/neuter certificate and tattoo or chip number paperwork. Without the proper documentation, you pay the full fee.
