Water Delivery

You can order delivery of potable water if you are without City of Kenora water services or you do not have a well. 

Water delivery is not available to fill swimming pools.

How to order water delivery

1. You must have a City of Kenora water account. Contact Customer Service at 807-467-2000 if you would like to set up an account.
2. Place your order by calling 807-467-2000, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
3. Provide your name, address for delivery, call back number, and specific amount of water you are requesting.
4. Place your order one day in advance of requested delivery date. You must call before 4:30 p.m. for next day service.
5. You can request a maximum of 1,500 gallons per delivery.

Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If there is a high volume of orders, the order may be forwarded to the next delivery day.

Delivery schedule

We deliver water five days per week, Monday to Friday.

Ensure your driveway is clear of snow on delivery day. Drivers are unable to deliver if your driveway is not plowed.

Stat holidays

If a statutory holiday falls on a regular delivery day, we will deliver water on Tuesday following a Monday holiday and on Thursday when the holiday falls on a Friday.

Flat delivery rates

In addition to the water rate, you pay a flat rate of $125.00 for a same day delivery after 8 a.m., and a flat rate $190.00 for deliveries after hours or on non-scheduled delivery days.
