Notice of Application and Public Meeting for Proposed Consent D10-25-02
Take notice that the City of Kenora Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 6 p.m.
As part of the meeting, PAC will consider a proposed Consent under Section 53 of the Planning Act (RSO 1990), as described below and shown on the map.

Location: 661 Ninth Street North, Kenora, ON, P9N 2S9Purpose and effect
The purpose of the consent application is for a lot addition to add a parcel of land to Lot 3, Plan 23M974, PIN 421 700 279. The subject lands are designated ‘Commercial Development Area/Industrial Area’ in the City’s Official Plan and zoned ‘General Commercial/Light Industrial’ in the City’s Zoning By-law.

You may also attend the PAC meeting and speak or simply observe. Written comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
Failure to attend
If you do not attend the hearing, it may proceed in your absence and, except as otherwise provided in the Planning Act, you will not be entitled to any further notice in the proceedings.
Notice of decision
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Council of The Corporation of the City of Kenora in respect of the application for zoning by-law amendment, you must make a written request to Heather Pihulak, Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Kenora at 1 Main Street South, Kenora, ON P9N 3X2.
