Please be advised that the City of Kenora water dispensing stations are being upgraded to a new key-fob payment system.
The Crawford Road Station has been upgraded to the key-fob system. Customers with water cards can still access bulk water at the Evergreen Road Station (low and high flow).
On Tuesday, August 6, the Evergreen Station will be out of service for upgrades.
Once both stations have been converted, customers will need a key-fob to use the water stations. The new key-fobs are available for purchase at City Hall.
Existing customers are encouraged to keep their current water card until the last required water fill prior to the upgrade dates. After the last card fill, water cards can be exchanged at City Hall for the new fob. If there is an account balance, it will be transferred to your new account at no additional cost.
New customers will purchase the new fob for $25.
The new system allows customers to monitor and refill the balance on their account online or continue visiting City Hall to top up the balance.
