Tenth Street Storm Works and Road Improvement

Please be advised that on Monday, June 17, Moncrief Construction Limited (MCL) will begin storm work and road improvements on Tenth Street in Keewatin from Ottawa Street to Highway 17. The project is expected to be completed by mid-August 2024. 

Sections of Tenth Street will be closed at different times throughout the project, and detour routes will be in place. Local traffic will be permitted. Pedestrians will be diverted around the work area when it is necessary to close the sidewalks. Signs will be posted. 

Access to the Old Keewatin Ball Field and Harvest Kenora’s Home Run Garden will move to Superior Street via Wharf Street.
