The speed limit within the Community Safety Zone is 40 kilometers per hour.
Signs are posted alerting motorists of the new speed limit in the area.
Due to the narrow road and limited shoulder space, the Community Safety Zone is designed to promote safe road use for both pedestrians and motorists. This proactive change is aimed at reducing the risk of vehicle-pedestrian accidents and enhancing overall safety.
