Main Street South Temporary Closure

Please be advised that Main Street from First Street South to Second Street South will be closed and designated as a ‘No Parking Zone’ on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

The Main Street Market will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is free to attend and open to the public. The ‘No Parking Zone’ will be established in the morning to allow vendors, shops, and food trucks time to set up. 

For those businesses impacted by the No Parking Zone, there is limited free parking available near the Post Office in the Park Street Parking Lot (watch for the Glad You Are Here Signs), and there is also 4-hour free parking along the greenbelt of the Harbourfront.
