Please be advised that City crews will be working at the Main Street Christmas Tree location in preparation for the holiday season from November 19 to 22, 2204.
On Tuesday, November 19, a ‘no parking zone’ will be in place on both sides of the 200 block of Main Street South while City Crews prepare for tree set up.
On Wednesday, November 20, the Christmas tree will be transported and set up on Main Street South. Motorists can expect traffic delays while the OPP escorts the tree with CJ Edwards and Synergy North from Spruce Street, along the Harbourfront, and Main Street.
On Wednesday, November 20, and Thursday, November 21, Main Street South between Second Street South and Third Street South will be closed to all traffic as CJ Edwards, Synergy North and City Crews position the tree and complete decorating.
