Emergency services
The City of Kenora's Fire and Emergency Services works to keep our community safe. We have a municipal emergency management plan in place to protect the property, health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the City in emergencies. Stay informed by signing up for emergency alerts.

Fire Services
Fire Services in the City of Kenora issues burn permits and offers fire safety training, fire inspections and fire prevention. Learn more about the programs and services.
Ambulance
Ambulance services in the City of Kenora are provide by Northwest Emergency Medical Services (NWEMS) which is operated by the Kenora District Services Board. For emergencies, call 911.
Women's shelter
Ontario Provincial Police
The Ontario Provincial Police Kenora Detachment provides police services for the City of Kenora. If you have information about a minor occurrence such as a theft, loss of property or driving complaint, you can file a report online.
Treaty Three Police Service
The Treaty Three Police Service provide police services for the surrounding Treaty #3 communities. Visit the Treaty Three Police Service webpage for contact and detachment information or for updates on policing in the communities.
