Specifically designed for kids who are at a crucial development stage of life, this program teaches athletic skills and good lifestyle habits. CrossFit Kids is a sneaky way of building a child’s self esteem, confidence and life skills through fun and playful activities such as body weight movement, olympic weight lifting, power lifting, running and indoor rowing. Ages 3-18 years. Space is limited.
