Please be advised that Transit Service has resumed its regular schedule today, March 27, 2024.
We encourage our ridership to sign up for text notification by texting "transit" to 1-877-980-2001 or subscribing to Transit Notices to stay informed on changes and cancellations to the bus schedule.
Thank you to our ridership for their continued patience and understanding during unplanned interruptions to service.
Easter Weekend

Over the Easter Weekend, operating hours of City buildings and facilities change or modify to recognize the two statutory holidays.
City Hall and Operations Building are closed on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1.
The Muse - The Lake of the Woods Museum and the Douglas Family Art Centre - is closed from Friday, March 29 to Monday, April 1.
There is no City Transit on Friday, March 29.

City Invests in Development on Former Mill Property

The City of Kenora has invested $1.6M in the construction and acquisition of a new road that will connect Ninth Street North to Main Street North on the former Abitibi Mill site.
Construction of the new road will begin in 2024 and is expected to be completed in late fall.
