Yoga and Cancer Recovery Taught by Susan Cone

Designed for anyone (men and women) affected by any type of cancer (including current patients*, survivors, and caregivers), this class is tailored to address the specific physical and emotional needs left by the cancer and its treatment. Sessions include breathwork, movement to stimulate the immune system, and postures designed to improve strength, range of motion and overall well-being. Yoga for cancer has been shown to reduce anxiety and improve sleep.

Classes are 70 minutes and start with spiritual connection and close with a relaxing meditation. We build an atmosphere and community of loving kindness and support for self and others in our Yoga for Cancer Recovery practice.

All levels are welcome—including beginners. All classes are FREE
