The Human Resources department provides a wide variety of functions for the City of Kenora.

The Human Resources Department oversees recruitment and employee/labour relations for the City of Kenora, as well as collective agreement negotiations, performance management and employment and legislative compliance including Health & Safety and Risk Management. The Human Resources department functions as the primary human resources support service to all departments of the City.
