Learn about the Rent Supplement programs offered to individuals experiencing poor mental health who are homeless or at risk of being homeless and who require financial assistance and case management support to obtain or maintain safe, suitable housing.
• Guaranteed rental payment
• Bi-weekly unit inspections by housing case manager
• Landlord advocacy
• Regular contact with housing case manager to cultivate positive working relationship
• Support with any emerging tenancy issues
