The purpose of this notice is to notify the public of the by-law that will be under consideration to close unopened road allowances and declare the land surplus. The By-law will be placed on the Agenda for consideration by Council at a Special Meeting on September 10th, 2019. Council will at the said Special Meeting, hear in person, or by Counsel or representative, persons who apply to be heard, by submitting a deputation with the Clerk’s office.

BEING ALL OF THE PIN 42168-0227(LT); and PCL 2771 SEC DKF SRO; LANE PL M63 LYING S OF LOTS 25-33 PL M63 & N OF LOTS 70-78 PL M63; KENORA. BEING ALL OF THE PIN 42168-0228(LT).
Other lands subject to declaration of surplus and sale are described as PINs 42168-0146, 42168-0145, and 42168-0144.
