Take Notice that the Planning Advisory Committee (‘PAC’) of the Corporation of the City of Kenora has received a complete application for approval of a proposed plan of subdivision. You are invited to attend a public meeting to be held by the PAC at the following time and location:

When: Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
Location: Training Room, Operations Centre, 60 Fourteenth Street North, 2nd Floor, Kenora, ON
Description of Proposal: the draft plan of subdivision consists of 4 lots, for development in accordance with the R2-Residential Second Density zone. Access to all lots is proposed off of River Drive. The frontage of each lot will be 15.24 m and meet the minimum requirements for lot area.
Location of Property: 1337 River Drive, described as Lots 53 to 55, 60 to 64 of Plan M63. Part of Lane and Part 1 of Reference Plan 23R 14558; PIN #’s 421680176, 421680173, 421680181, 421680174. Refer to the map below.
Other Planning Applications Relevant to the Subject Location: at this time the property is not the subject of any other applications under the Planning Act.
Public Meeting: Input on the proposed subdivision is encouraged. You can provide input by speaking at this meeting and you are not required to register in advance to speak. You may also provide your comments in writing. If you are aware of any person interested in or affected by the application who has not received a copy of this notice you are requested to inform that person of this meeting.

Failure To Make Oral Or Written Submission: If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Planning Advisory Committee of the City of Kenora before the by-law is passed in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the Planning Advisory Committee gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision:
i. the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Planning Advisory Committee to the Local Appeal Tribunal
ii. the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Planning Advisory Committee in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision, you must make a written request to Devon McCloskey, City Planner at the address above.
