Water and Sewer Billing Changes

Please be advised that City of Kenora water and sewer customers who are scheduled to bill before February 18th will receive their bill from Synergy North. After February 18th, customers will receive two statements – water and sewer billing will come from the City of Kenora, and hydro billing will come from Synergy North.

In the past, both water and sewer and hydro billings were combined through one system. The City of Kenora is working on the final stages of converting to a new system which will separate the two utility bills. Water and sewer customers can expect to see the City of Kenora on their bill after February 18th.
