The Corporation of the City of Kenora has received an application to purchase a portion of City of Kenora owned property located abutting Pine Portage Road. The property includes lots and blocks as well as a portion of an unopened lane described on Plan M63. Refer to the sketch below for an illustration. Notice provided in accordance with Policy PP-4-1.
The purpose of this notice is to notify the public of the by-law that will be under consideration to declare lands available for disposal. The By-law will be placed on the Council Agenda for consideration on October 31st, 2018.
The subject lands are approximately 0.8 ha and will be surveyed to create a legal description. The lands are vacant and would be developed in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning By-law, and accessed from Pine Portage Road.
