Notice to Customers on E-billing Service

Kenora Hydro has received a number of calls from customers who have not received their most recent utility bill notice by e-mail.   The service provider is actively working on a solution at this time.   If you have not received an e-bill notice recently and should have, please login to the portal and check the most recent billing information, or call 807-467-2000 for assistance.  We understand this is very inconvenient and frustrating, we are doing our best to help to resolve this as soon as possible.
