Public Notice of Intention to Sell Surplus Lands
By-law Number 15 – 2011
The Corporation of the City of Kenora has received an application from an abutting land owner to purchase a portion of a lane abutting Lots 53 and 54 Plan M63 remainder Parcel 4270 designated as Part 1 Plan 23R14558 for the benefit of Lots 63 and 64 Plan M63 for the sum of $1,000.00 plus HST. Pursuant to By-law 15-2016 the land has been declared a surplus.
The subject lands are approximately 0.015 ha and are a portion of an unused lane that runs parallel to the street locally known as River Drive.
The purpose of this notice is to notify the public of the by-law under consideration to approve the sale and transfer. The by-law has been placed on the Council Agenda for consideration on December 12, 2017 at 12:00 p.m.
